War with Myself: Phase Two

Insomniac body: meet antihistamine.  It will knock you out for 4 hours at a time, providing deep, blessed slumber!  And, it's non habit forming, which means that as soon as I get used to my new 10:00 bed time, I can stop taking it, and you will still sleep like a narcaleptic at an economics convention.

Eat that.
